Global printing services feel proud to offer the inclusive Electrostatic prating services to the clients (off-shore as well as domestic). Actually, there’s a reason behind feeling proud while offering the Electrostatic prating services. If you explore the printing domain, you’ll encounter handful of printing companies who’re proficient enough to offer this service and Global printing services is one amongst those elite companies. Electrostatic printing equipments necessitate high investment that’s why Electrostatic printing is associated with very few printing companies. Theoretically, Electrostatic printing is undoubtedly the pioneering technology and somewhere down the line it also led to the proliferation of the digital printing technology. The electrostatic printing cost per unit output is highly competitive with ink jet printing but still customers crave for electrostatic printing because its ability of cropping prints at a high speed with excellent resolution is unsurpassable. Moreover, the reproducibility of colour is also superior. Surprisingly, electrostatic printing is capable of developing fade resistant and light fast images that can last for several years.

Fundamentally, there’re two primary methods of electrostatic printing and Global printing services executes both of them aptly.

  1. Dry Method ( Dry Toners)
  2. Liquid Method (Liquid Toners)

At Global printing services, while implementing dry method, a cylindrical selenium drum (photosensitive surface) is deliberately exposed to light, consequently, a latent image appears on the surface. Then the sensitized drum comes in contact with the dry toner and beads of toners particles (carrying opposite electrical charge) are attracted by the latent image which is there on the selenium drum. As a result, an image develops and then by heat or by pressured its transferred to the paper.

In Liquid method of electrostatic printing, a latent image is created by exposing the dielectric layer (which is applied on a paper) to an electrical charge. The dielectric layer is requisite because it enhances the ability of the paper to accept the electrical charge. This enhanced ability beautifies the overall appearance of the latent images. The cropped latent image was then exposed to the fountain of liquid toner after which the image gets developed.

So if you believe on us (Global printing services) and on our services. Do get in contact with Global printing services and enjoy the results of our satisfactory Electrostatic printing services.
